More explicit docs

Currently, most of the function of CCSE methods have to be inferred from the sample code, as there are no clear descriptors of any of the function variables.

For example, CCSE.NewBuilding(name, commonName, desc, icon, iconColumn, art, price, cps, buyFunction, foolObject, buildingSpecial) has many self explanatory variables, but things like how iconColumn and art works, buyFunction, foolObject, and buildingSpecial are never specified. Could more detail of how these methods work be added to the docs?
