Visualization of hyperbolic sphere

Hi,

Thanks for the great work!
I am just curious about is there any package good at the visualization of the hyperbolic space?
I got an array with (n,3) shape from the model, where n is the number of cells. I didn't know how to visualize it and was a little bit lost during that task. Could you give any hints about that?

Hi yuyinglj,

Thanks for asking. The easy way is to convert the 3D coordinates to 2D by y = x[, 2:3] / (1 + x[, 1]), then you can draw a 2D scatter plot. As for 3D plots, I used the rgl package in R. I will add some scripts for visualization purposes. Thanks.
