Previously we had bug: erase_contracts doesn't completly wipe a contract -> #764
But with Dencun arriving, we don't need this feature anymore, we can bump to the business logic of

Describe Preferred Solution
We already have most of the features of this EIP as @enitrat pointed out in weekly.
In this timebox 1day, you will make sure that:
- We respect all the sub cases of the EIP (burn vs. transfer vs. delete etc. slots)
