* fix warnings

* fix issues with double attacks, and proper cleanup, and add in override for caching engine

* display player damage

* cache battlers in battle component

* Add in battle widget and clean up some comments / todos

* add valgrind checks to check out

* refactor escapethefate.cpp

* update the last thing for logo refactor

* update to finish tweaks

* dont use master for engine tag for release

* fix link in build, and also update to close the display as a quick patch
