Bugzilla info fails with internal error

Description of problem

Pulling the status of a bug from Bugzilla results in a pop-up with the error message:
Internal error: '__getstate__'

Steps to Reproduce

Reproduced on public.tenant.kiwitcms.org

1. Click on the 'i' on https://public.tenant.kiwitcms.org/runs/6082/ next to the bug

Actual results

Error pops up stating
Internal error: '__getstate__'

Expected results

The state of the issue is shown

Additional info (Python traceback, logs, etc.)

Unfortunately I couldn't find anything in the logs

When setting up Bugzilla it also falls back to open graph. But there is no error message shown or logged as to why that happens.
