@danalvrz I made it "ready to merge" but we have to double check and make sure it's innocuous.
I removed all the CSS and the customizations that were meant for the new handlers and put only the required things as conditionals everywhere, so both can coexist, defaulting to BMv2.
I might have removed too much CSS. If the CSS is also innocuous (maybe we have to make it more specific) we can also merge it. However, we can do that also even if we are not in alpha, as long as it does not affect the bmv2 mode.
