Before this PR BusyBox was configured with the
CONFIG_FEATURE_CHECK_UNICODE_IN_ENVconfigure option, which made it check for theLC_ALL,LC_CTYPEandLANGenviroment variables to end in.utf8before deciding whether to enable Unicode support or not.
