Add Dark and Light Theme Feature & Enhance UI

The portfolio currently lacks a toggle feature for dark and light themes. Adding this functionality will improve user experience by allowing visitors to switch between light and dark modes based on their preferences or system settings. Additionally, UI enhancements like better spacing, font size adjustments, and more polished visuals will improve overall readability and aesthetics.
