Subtitles no longer load on Amazon Prime

What is the issue and what do you do to make it happen
asb player no longer loads subtitles on Amazon Prime. It worked a few days ago. Now the pop up to select the subtitle tracks pops up and says "Could not auto-load subtitles in your preferred language." Video name and all subtitle tracks are empty, but I can display them using Amazon's build-in subtitle thingie.

@FubayashiKazue Can you link/name a video where you're seeing this? I can't reproduce on my account/computer.

The Expanse Season 4 and 5 (included in Prime, I'm in Germany) every episode. It worked fine until 3 or 4 days ago and suddenly stopped working. The popup from asb player shows up when starting an episode, but I can no longer choose a video and subtitles in the asb player popup, everything is empty.

Just tested it on Wheel of Time Season 3 Episode 1, same problem. Here is a screenshot of asb player popup:
