'From device' dropdown sometimes does not populate

Describe the bug
After choosing a device other than 'No device' from the 'From device' dropdown in a key event action, once the user leaves and returns to the screen with the dropdown, all other entries in the list are removed.

A workaround is to check the box next to 'Use shell (ROOT only)'. This returns the options to the dropdown.

Tapping the refresh icon appears to do nothing. The button does not react to being tapped/focused.

I just removed the button because Key Mapper automatically refreshes anyway. I can't quite reproduce this problem but I've changed something that may fix it.
