Move unsupported actions to an Unsupported section to the bottom

Don't show Actions that are not relevant to current OS.

Same for root actions.

I think this is fair. Maybe we can have a new section for "unsupported" and put them all there

Not a bad idea but not sure why they should be there at all if they cannot be used presently, unless filtering them out dynamically is too difficult.

We did actually have an unsupported tab/page in version 1.0 😆. Got rid of it so users aren't confused why some actions are missing. I agree, could put them in an unsupported section at the bottom.
