feat(windows): add debug logs to the `update Keyman` and `update keyboards` code

Add some logging for debugging purposes to the update Keyman and update Keyboard code. Use the the Sentry breadcrumbs and error loggging in the Keyman.System.UpdateStateMachine.pas as intitial starting place.
