bug(windows): Ctrl+Bksp with LDML keyboard only deletes one character prior to insertion point, not word #15489
Description
Ctrl+Bksp seems to be handled by the LDML keyboard processor when it should fall through to the app. For a kmn keyboard, Ctrl+Bksp is falling through to the app as expected.
It's easy to test this in a non-compliant app, where previously typed text is not in the context, ctrl+bksp is falling through to app and deleting word-wise. But for just-typed text, Ctrl+Bksp is only deleting one char.
