KBFS does not work with macOS 26

Describe the bug

KBFS does not work with macOS 26.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a macOS 15.x machine where Keybase and KBFS have been working as expected for the past several months. (In this case, a Mac Mini M4.)

2. Upgrade the machine to macOS 26.

3. See error:

   Keybase Install Error

   We were unable to load KBFS (Fuse kext). This may be due to a limitation in MacOS where there aren't any device slots available. Device slots can be taken up by apps such as VMWare, VirtualBox, anti-virus programs, VPN programs and Intel HAXM.

   Please run keybase log send to report the error.

Expected behavior

KBFS works normally, files can be accessed as a mounted filesystem (as /Volumes/Keybase (username)/, or as /keybase/ with a symlink).

Duplicate of #28380.

Not quite a duplicate, #28380 was about a beta and this is about the final public release... but either way, the problem was resolved yesterday with the release of Keybase 6.5.4, which does work with macOS 26.
