Rename the default branch from master to main

To be consistent with other Key4hep repositories the default branch should be renamed. There is an option in the Github settings that makes it easy to do. The only thing that may be needed is to update git to point to main instead of master but Github may redirect master to main, at least on the webpage it happens like that.
