BPI has a lan bridge causing the factory-config test to fail, since it may connect to some other dut through the bridge.

This adds a possible layer that it need to connect to a unit with the correct hostname, you probably never want to use it outside factory config test.

ll6ping stops at the first reply, which is not enough when several
DUTs answer on the same test port.

When a DUT's running config bridges the mgmt port with links to other
DUTs, every one of them replies to the IPv6LL probe and attach() may
land on the wrong box. With hostname= it tries each neighbour and
keeps the one running under that name.

Rigs whose factory-config bridges the mgmt port with the inter-DUT
links expose every DUT on that port once the target boots on it, so
the plain attach could hit a neighbour and fail the hostname check.
Attach by the expected hostname instead, retrying until it answers,
and use the same selection for the cleanup reboot.

I feel like the logic about getting the hostname is a bit malplaced in infamy, another solution would be to have all logic in the test, and just have the llscan in infamy. What do you think is best? @wkz
