Add support for show bridge fdb #1653

Description

Currently infix-if-bridge.yang only expose operational support for the MDB, no FDB support exists. This is a blocker for #496.

The command bridge -j fdb show exist so the plumbing is small; the real question is modelling, since we import ieee802-dot1q-types but not ieee802-dot1q-bridge with its filtering-database/filtering-entry.
