kselftest fragment should be built using config fragments available in kselftests

Right now we use kselftest fragment hardcoded in kernelci-core, while actually we need to merge all config fragments in kselftests.
We should do that carefully, because merging ALL of them create size issue and some networking issues that breaks nfs boots.
