Description:
This pull request adds a new Spring Boot + Redis sample application to the samples-java repository. The purpose of this sample is to demonstrate how to integrate Redis with Spring Boot for caching and basic key-value operations.
This enhancement addresses the gap identified in the issue where no sample apps currently exist for this tech stack in the repository.
