Sometimes the downloaded songs can't be played

it works pretty well on my iphone xs and simulator but somehow (sometimes) does not on my iphone 13 with the same os

test scenarios:

• logged in and play it via Download screen
• logged in and play it via Library screen
• not logged in but online and play it via Download screen
• not logged in but online and play it via Library screen
• not logged in and offline and play it via Download screen
• not logged in and offline and play it via Library screen
• logged out (session expired) but online and play it via Download screen
• logged out (session expired) but online and play it via Library screen
• logged out (session expired) and offline and play it via Download screen
• logged out (session expired) and offline and play it via Library screen

• check if scrobbles blocks the playback? <-- probably not
• check if cover art loading blocks the playback? <-- probably
