I am using the function ukb_gen_samples_to_remove from ukbtools, which works well with the default cutoff (0.0884) and with (0.177). I tried cutoff 0.0442, and the session keeps crashing/failing multiple times after around 8 hours. I tried using a larger instance for R (mem1_hdd1_v2_x72), it crashed after less than 3 hours.
Any help with this, please?
