Switch to release lookup from release actions page

Sometimes it is useful to go back and lookup a release again, coming from the release actions page:

• To add more external links to MB (see Add "Update external links" to the release actions page #106)
• To see additional information which is hidden on the release actions page
• For debugging, e.g. when wrong/conflicting links are attached to the MB release (see Graceful release merging #98)

There is even a userscript for that already.
