There is no single point of truth that works for overriding derived data locations from the command line with CocoaPods. On my machine I have my path set to `build`, and then inside build I have `Products` and `Intermediates`. The problem is if you set any of these dynamically, like `SYMROOT`, CocoaPods does not handle these path changes correctly.
