APK Editor Studio doesn't save target/minimum SDK or version code and works very slowly

I've been using AES for ages and it worked perfectly, though recently its been having the issues in the title. Most UI elements and even the external File Explorer all act weirdly slow, and the SDK and Version Code all just get set to 0 after exporting any APK. I've reisntalled AES (1.7.1) and java multiple times but nothing has really changed. I guess it has something to do with the fact that I installed the portable version and then the installer version and kept them in parallel, but its strange how reinstalling it didn't fix the issue. Everything else works perfectly fine and I appreciate the tool.

SDK Versions

This is a confirmed bug which was fixed in APK Editor Studio v1.7.2.

Slow UI

Unfortunately, it's hard to tell the actual reason of this. If I remember correctly, we didn't change Qt framework versions or any UI/render-related logic that could cause such problems.
