- Adds game board scaffold. - Adds documentation of basic game structure. - Adds possible tasks for ZuriHack2018. Closes #6.

Closes #13.
Together with To https://github.com/keera-studios/haskell-game-programming.wiki.git * [new branch] cleaning-zuriHac2018 -> cleaning-zuriHac2018 the merge of both parts should be the last step of issue #8.
