Summary
As of right now, to set up TOTP generation in KeepassXC it is necessary to right click, go to “TOTP” and then click on “Set up TOTP…”. It is long and itchy. Why not making ⌘T and ⌘⇧T available also if TOTP is not configured yet, and by pressing them the setup opens?
