Edit entry shortcut should open edit group dialog if focus is on group section

Summary

Ctrl + E already opens the edit window when the focus is on an entry. It should open the group edit window when the focus is on the group/folder section.

Context

I prefer using the keyboard as much as possible and I think it will be useful for others as well.
