Description
This PR adds a troubleshooting note to the
CONTRIBUTING.mdfile to help developers resolve issues related to failures caused by conflicting Node versions, stale node_modules, or package-lock.json. The note recommends using Node v18, removing node_modules, and deleting package-lock.json before reinstalling dependencies and re-running make build.Checklist
