KEDA v2.0 sample for Azure Event Hubs

I really like your product, It sounds awesome! :)

I saw you have a sample for Azure Event Hubs (KEDA v1.0)
I tried to upgrade it to KEDA 2.0, but it couldn't get it to work.

I wonder if you could provide a working example
