Is the external scaler proto breaking in v2? #964

I wanted to develop an external scaler to autoscale based on some custom metrics. I noticed the external scaler proto file in v2 breaks the one present in master. Am I mistaken or is the API really gonna break? |

Just found the docs and that cleared things up. We have the same proto file for Apologies for the inconvenience. |

Just found the docs and that cleared things up. We have the same proto file for
externalandexternal-pushscalers. TheNewandCloseare simply removed since they weren't required I guess.Apologies for the inconvenience.
