Add Shortcuts for Mode selection

Create rebind-able keyboard shortcuts for selecting each mode and cycling thru any sub mode if applicable. 

Suggested defaults (open to changing):

Alt Shift M - manual mode
Alt Shift W - file watcher mode (pressing this repeatedly cycles thru different sub modes)
