[debatable] eval options

this is just an idea atm: one goal might very well be to implement eval options for problem solutions.

I imagine it as a setting / radio btn to select whether the solution code should be evaluated in:

• self-hosted CLJS
• a clojure service of specific (major) version which would need extraction as a separate service first.

we could go even that far to eval solutions, that actually solve the problem in self-hosted CLJS or latest CLJ version to eval in the older ones too, to attach badges/lables to backwards compatibility of solutions.

I think this could have an eye opening effect to most clojure beginners when they realize how stable clojure (standard library) is.
