this is generally pretty usable (minus the icons), however I'm probably not going to integrate this into main

I believe that serving slicer as a web app is superior to having a "native" app, this should only be used if you want to use slicer offline

you can download the installers/binaries from Actions (attached as artifacts for each run), I'll periodically rebase this branch onto main
