Problem

When a lead wants to point the team at the review backlog, they screenshot it. Every screenshot is a missed link, and every link would be an impression.

Scope

A read-only shareable URL for a team queue or a saved view, pasteable into Slack, Teams or a stand-up doc.

Acceptance criteria

• Link generation is explicit, per queue, and revocable
• Two visibility modes: organisation members only, or anybody with the link
• The anybody-with-the-link mode refuses to include private repository names and titles unless the creator explicitly opts in
• Links carry an expiry, defaulting to a bounded window
• The shared page renders Open Graph metadata so Slack unfurls it usefully
• The page invites the viewer to sign in, and recognises them if they are already an organisation member
• Access and revocation are audited

Security note

This is the feature most likely to leak private repository data. The default must be the restrictive mode, and the permissive mode must require a deliberate, clearly worded confirmation.
