Review Wrapped - shareable team summary #41

Description

@kasuken

Problem

Needly has no reason for anybody to talk about it publicly. Shareable summaries are the most reliably viral format of the last decade, and the underlying data already exists.

Scope

A weekly and quarterly summary card, rendered as an image, designed to be posted to LinkedIn or X.

Content: pull requests reviewed, median turnaround, fastest review, total review hours, agent versus human work split, most improved metric.

Acceptance criteria

  • Server-rendered image with a matching public web page for link previews
  • Team and repository level by default; personal cards only for the individual's own data
  • Explicit opt-in before anything is generated, and a preview before anything is shareable
  • Nothing identifying an individual other than the viewer appears on a shareable card
  • Framing is always team-flattering, never shaming, and never a ranking
  • Private repository names are excluded unless the user explicitly includes them
  • Open Graph and Twitter card metadata on the public page

Notes

The failure mode is obvious and worth naming: a card that ranks teammates is a resignation letter generator. Aggregate and positive only. See docs/productidea.md section 12.
