Better documentation on usage

This library seems to be kind of unconventional on how you are supposed to add it to your project. There doesn't seem to be any module that I can directly use or anything of the like? Are we expected to just copy over the stuff from the build.zig? That seems like a lot of boilerplate.

⚠️ The project is still under development. All has been prepared to run the available examples.

I'll admit it only has a modular wrapper for the vlc.zig file.

build.zig can be copied and edited to any other binding or use of the C or C++ project.
However, the main issue blocking full usability is the inability of porting libvlc to zig-build, regardless of the system package.

Having initial support from zig-pkg wants to add the linking of this library to any other project that uses these settings.

The unfinished branches will have the example of SDL2 with VLC4 added.
The purpose this binding is to keep support for v3 and v4.
