Create DuckDB extensions in zig

Do you have any plans to support the creation of DuckDB extensions in zig in this repo? There are currently c++ templates but they don't support arbitrary languages.

It would be interesting and probably something I could leverage in my own code, but I have no idea what's involved.

DuckDB's C APi is somewhat limited and, from what I understand Zig doesn't interop directly with C++, so unless I'm missing something, this might be a real uphill battle :(
