Locking Problem for ZKT ECO K30 model #137

Hello,
We have a zkt eco k30 model. I get the data from the device with the php library and create a payroll. We work with 10 employees. After 15-20 days, I start not being able to get data, the device locks up.

After the device is locked, I can get data with the zkt eco's Time Addentence program. But I can't get data with the php library. Do I need to delete the data on the device when I get data with the php library? Or do I need to clear the logs? Why might this device be locking up? I get data like in the example in the file above. Is there a problem with our device? Do we need to change it? If we need to change the device, which model do you recommend we buy?
