I'm building OctoLab, an open-source ecosystem of developer tools, automation, and small products. I research what already works, build what I'm missing, and share the results — from Go libraries to tools and skills for coding agents.
After years of leading engineering teams, I'm moving from people management to agent management. These days, I spend more time giving agents context, shaping tasks, and reviewing their work. It's how I'm bringing long-standing project ideas to life, while staying close to the code.
