Revise names and hierarchy of menu entries

Thanks for the suggestions. Yeah, I realize the names may look confusing for some users given it's in the same section as the Export... menus.

I plan to split batch editing and exporting to separate menu entries, i.e. there will be more than two menu entries in the upcoming version.

I'm thinking about hiding the menus back under a single Batch submenu as before - I'm guessing the "Batch" keyword sets the other menu entries apart well.

As Batcher now adds multiple menu entries, I currently settled with "Export Layers", "Export Images", "Edit Layers", with their instant counterparts having the " (Quick)" suffix.

I realize this nomenclature might still cause some confusion (with Export Layers and Export Images looking very similar at a quick glance).

Everyone's welcome to suggest a different naming convention and/or menu hierarchy that would make this clearer.

One thing to point out is that the menu entries added by any GIMP plug-in are sorted alphabetically and I can't control their order manually. For example, if the "quick" versions of Export Layers, etc. were renamed to "Quick Export...", they would all be displayed after the regular menu entries. It's currently not possible to place e.g. "Quick Export of Layers" immediately after "Export Layers".
