E2E trial of plugins-adapter with Kagenti

Feature Description

Kagenti leverages the MCP gateway already, so we should be able to try guardrailing Kagenti agent tool calls.

Proposed Solution

• Deploy the nemo guardrails server in a cluster with kagenti
• Deploy an image with the plugins adapter and internal plugin for nemo checks
• Try to guardrail tool calls that come through a Kagenti agent

The first request failing will tend to surface as a 504 in Kagenti - investigation is occurring through #25
