kagent agents should expose an MCP endpoint

❓ Problem Statement / Motivation

Currently, kagent agents are only exposed through A2A; we need to add support for MCP and expose the agents through that as well, so it would fit better into existing user workflows. For example, vscode,cursor,claude code etc. don't support A2A, but they have support for MCP.

💡 Proposed Solution

Add an /mcp endpoint to all kagent agents.
