[BUG] Newly created model does not appear in agent model dropdown without page refresh

🐛 Bug Description

When a new model is created, it does not immediately appear in the “Select Model” dropdown while configuring an agent. The dropdown only updates after manually refreshing the page.

🔄 Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Models section.
2. Click Create and click on New Model
3. Go to Agents → Add/Update Agent.
4. Open the Model dropdown.
5. Newly created model is missing.
6. Refresh the page → Model now appears.

🤔 Expected Behavior

The dropdown should automatically include the newly created model without requiring a manual page refresh.

📱 Actual Behavior

Newly created models appear only after refreshing the page.
