kagent init/build/deploy/run commands should be referenced from agentregistry CLI #1124
Description
we moved the agent init/build/deploy/run code from the kagent CLI to the agentregistry CLI. Once we have a new release of agentregistry, we need to remove the code from the kagent CLI and reference it from the agentregistry.
