OpenGL ES 3.0 template on Windows using PowerVR

This is a template to study OpenGL ES without the need of using phone SDK. This to make people familier with the SDK.

This only for Windows

Building

• Use Visual Studio Command Prompt
• Run cmake -G NMake ..
• Run nmake

Running

Copy dll files from .\libs_x86_64 to the directory containing the binaries.
