Page unpinning on error results

At the moment error results can leave a bunch of pages pinned :(

Ideally this would be done by tying unpinning to pages retrieved by the buffer pool manager going out of scope

I think this could also be tied with a buffer pool manager API rework so we don't need writable and readonly implementations of everything
