Change copyright dates to 2011

Bump the target SDK version to 8 (Android 2.2)

Changed to use an icon from the Android SDK as the teams icon

Fixed a bug causing meeting start time to get wiped out if the screen…

… was rotated during a meeting.

Default the meeting start time to System.currentTimeMillis() if it has not been saved.  Default individual status start time to the meeting's start time.

Added promo image, for the Android Market
