Fixed issues with emacs and nvim plugins
Improved test coverage in particular for vim and emacs plugins
Fixed broken or unstable tests
Added npm scripts for:
- Running new tests
- Running all tests
- Preparing for development (installs precommit and pre-push hooks)
- Demo scripts to allow users to quickly and easy start up emacs or nvim without affecting local environment
Added pre-push check that runs all tests
Updated AGENTS.md to not skip pre-commit checks
