Mostly code refreshing:

  • do not use process.exec to delete and create directories
  • use more typing.
  • bump dependencies version.
  • fix incorrect log usage.
  • remove transpiled code from git.
  • improve npm LiveCycle usage.
  • change typescript target from es5 to ES2016.
