Uninstall Code if you have it installed already, attempt to install again.

What is the expected behavior?

Code gets installed as usual.

Opened #367 so generate-homebrew-formula.sh no longer falls back to 0.0.0—if we can't find a real release version (arg/Cargo.toml/package.json/latest tag) it fails fast instead of pushing a broken formula. Would love preview validation once ready.
